There aren't many of these, but here you go.
1. No multi-accounting. You're allowed one account on the site. If you enter a game through the site, you must use that account or, when the game is being hosted by another site (as most will be) just the account you have on that site. You are not allowed to use more than one account in a game. That will lead to a permanent ban from the forum and the information will be passed to the host site as appropriate.
2. You're not allowed to seek advice about an on-going game, either here or anywhere else. If you're found to have sought advice on another site, then you'll be removed from the game.
3. You are expected to follow the rules of the tournament or league you're playing in. If you don't do that, you will be removed from the tournament or league and, frankly, unlikely to be invited into another one.
4. You are expected to follow the rules of the host site. If you break those rules, tough. Don't expect any sympathy here. If this is something you become known for, you'll also be banned from this forum.
5. If you're playing in a game with a GM, the GM will have a set of House Rules that you are expected to follow. Whatever those rules are, if you don't follow them, you're likely to be removed from the game. As with breaking site rules, repetition will lead to being banned from here, too.
6. In-game abuse will be treated with more tolerance than abuse posted here. It is widely accepted that language and sentiment within a game is more... robust. Again, the host site or GM will have rules, and you're expected to follow them. It is also important that messages in a game do not become sustained abuse; there are limits.
7. You must accept that the decision of the person running the tournament, league or game is final. Most will look at things again if you ask them to, especially if you can show other evidence. However, when a final decision has been reached, you must accept it. Show these people respect, too.
